Mobile Applications Support Engineer - Berkshire
Technical support, Windows Mobile, SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition technical support. As technical support engineer your duties entail diagnostics on customer sites and working alongside developers to produce solutions. Other roles include software installations/upgrades and telephone/email support for hardware and software.
The skills and experience required:

--- Degree in computer science or equivalent
--- 1-2 years support experience
--- Ability to diagnose support problems
--- Good SQL Server Experience
--- Excellent written and communication skills
--- Experience on Windows Mobile and Pocket PC
--- Network knowledge
